  1. CREATING AN ACCOUNT
    You first create an account:http://solar-toys.net/index.php?main_page=login
    Select the toy that you would like to purchase.
    Enter in your new voucher number in the redemption code area.
    Be sure not to include the # symbol.
    You will only be able to do one transaction at a time.
    One toy per transaction per voucher.

  2. INPUTTING MORE THEN ONE ITEM
    All orders must be entered separately and individually.
    One toy per transaction per voucher.
    If not, your vouchers will not calculate properly resulting in full payment.

  3. AGE RANGE
    The age group is 8 years to adult.
    There are small pieces which can be swallowed.
    There are also some electric parts which may need some assistance from an adult.

  4. TOY DIMENTIONS
    All six toys range in size to the tallest is being the windmill about 20 cm.
    The longest toy (which would be the boat) is about 15 cm long.

  7. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
    If you have not received your order yet this means that we are still processing it.
    It may take up to 2 weeks to receive your order by regular post.
    Please also be advised that you can login at anytime to our system to check your previous order statuses.

  8. WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN IN ‘AWAITING SHIPMENT’ FOR WEEKS?
    The system is periodically updated to move orders that are 'Awaiting Shipment' to 'In-Transit' which means that they have been officially shipped.
    This update only happens once a week and is a bulk update.
    If your order has been moved to 'Awaiting Shipment' chances are it has already been shipped and just needs to be updated to the 'In-Transit' order status.

  9. INVALID VOUCHER NUMBER
    Please send me the email as an attachment containing the voucher number from the company that you made your purchase with.
    Also, please take note of the redemption date.
    Please try again.
    Each transaction has to be entered separately.
    One band per transaction per voucher.

  10. REFUNDS

    Your order(s) have already been shipped.
    However, if you would still like a refund, we will need to have the toy(s) shipped back to us.
    Once we have received the toy(s) with the tracking number we can then go ahead and process your refund.
    In order to process your refund we will need the first four and last four digits of your credit card.
    You will need to return the toy(s) back to us.
    Returns have to have a tracking number in order to process the refund.
    Please include your name, email address, the issue(s) that you would like resolved, and your order number in with the package.

  12. SHIPPING
    All orders are sent out sequentially and individually.
    Different colours are sent out at different times.
    All packages are shipped from the USA via regular mail.
    Due to the packages being sent by regular mail, there is not a tracking number.
    Shipping typically takes anywhere from one to three weeks at least.
